It’s great for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. Here’s how to make a simple yet tasty tuna pasta.
Ingredients:
- 200g pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
- 1 can of tuna (in water or oil, drained)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, spinach, or grated cheese
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil/butter and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the drained tuna and cook for 2–3 minutes while stirring.
- Mix in optional vegetables or seasonings.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together.
- Serve hot, with cheese on top if desired.
